The Figtree Camp is tucked in the same pristine private wildlife concession as Pamuzinda Safari Lodge. As part of a new offering to this location, next to the already established Pamuzinda Safari Lodge, Zambezi Cruise and Safaris has added the Figtree Camp away from the main lodges. The exciting new development provides accommodation and conference facilities in nature, close to Harare. As a result of being so close to Harare, the safari camp will be welcome relief for anyone planning events and functions near the capital city.
Figtree will allow groups travelling together to experience Zimbabwe’s wilderness while staying at a soon-to-launch safari camp.

Figtree Camp Accommodation
The Figtree Camp domiciled close to Pamuzinda Safari Lodge, home to several species of birds and animals, is set to open before the end of 2024. Part of the Zambezi Cruise and Safaris hospitality group, rooms at the camp will have afro chic designs and modern amenities including Wi-Fi and Digital Satellite television (DStv) so attendees can keep up to date with current affairs and the latest shows/sports.
With an overnight capacity of more than 65 people, this camp will be perfect for larger conferences, events and functions! Guests will be accommodated in 65 comfortable double and twin en-suite rooms. Spacious rooms at the safari camp each will have a private veranda to relax in-between the scheduled program

The contemporary property, designed to allow large groups of up to 200 PAX to come together for any event or conference near wildlife. This conference venue draws inspiration from concepts focused on open spaces, fresh air and wellness! The versatile meetings and events spaces will accommodate up to 200 guests.
Well, by know we think you get the idea, this camp comes with all the normal or expected conference facilities. Therefore, you can expect to find projectors, both LED and LCD, photocopiers, scanners and printers. While it might be obvious that we provide conference stationary including whiteboards, flip charts, pens and notebooks we are just going to mention it anyway
The Figtree Camp adds to the existing circuit of Zambezi Cruise and Safaris lodges around Zimbabwe. This camp joins the already established Pamuzinda Safari Lodge and will be available as an overflow to the main lodge.
