However, you can choose to use the stylish thatched space which accommodates 70 people. Conference and Business Events Facilities
This conference space comes fully equipped with tables and chairs for 200 attendees. If that is not enough, we will hire in additional seating. Top tier service from the kitchens and bar, even when catering for large groups, has made this lodge a top Zimbabwean events venue.
Conference Accommodation
Chengeta Safari Lodge can accommodate 25 people sharing and 16 people single occupancy. But, do not let these figures put you off. Should you require more accommodation, Pamuzinda Safari Lodge situated down by the river absorbs the overflow. This is only on a BED and BREAKFAST basis. In order to enhance peer interaction times, LUNCH and DINNER will be served at the Chengeta Safari Lodge conference and events venues.
Total sharing capacity of the lodges is 71. However, upon special request we are able to increase this figure.

Business Tour Packages
Full Board: Includes overnight stay and all meals. You also get morning and afternoon teas. While conference materials and team-building facilitation are available on request. The game activity is complimentary.
Day Conference Package: Morning tea, lunch and then afternoon tea, that is the event menu package on offer. As usual, conference materials and team-building facilitation can be provided. And of course, the complimentary game activity which completes the leisure part of a bleisure (business and leisure) tour.
