Hwange National Park is the largest game reserve in Zimbabwe. The Hwange NP Main Camp lies 2.5 hours south of the mighty Victoria Falls and only 2.5 hours from our harbour and Masumu River Lodge.
Hwange is famous for its +50,000 elephant population! It is also home to many endangered species. Popular ways to view the wildlife here include walking, game drives and on horseback. Zambezi Cruise and Safaris operate with a number of the safari camps and lodges in Hwange game park as part of our countrywide wildlife tours.
Things To Do
Best time to travel to Hwange
April up to October is the best time to visit Hwange National Park – Wildlife viewing in the dry season is better since the waterhole becomes a place where animals gather, while the thinning vegetation makes them easier to spot.
Explore this enchanting African wilderness on a truly memorable wildlife safari with Zambezi Cruise Safaris.
